or Retire At All
I have to admit that I've never wondered how to retire early and neither has my husband. We've both always loved our work, and just figured we'd keep going as long as we could. For us, early retirement was neither an option nor a desire.
However, a few years ago, God began giving us a dream of being more generous with our time, talent and treasure beyond our full-time working years and for the first time, we began talking about retirement.
At about the same time, it dawned on us that when we stopped working, our income would stop too!
Can you imagine? Somehow we'd just never faced the reality that our retirement savings are inadequate, and Social Security is anything but secure!
So we began to wonder how to retire early or if we would ever be able to retire at all.
